Phil Hellmuth, the well known poker player, would again host Tiger’s Poker Night, a yearly charity poker event arranged by WPT.
The event, this year, is fixed for 29th April in Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. As per a press release, cards would be in the air in front of the KÀ Theatre at around 7:15 PM (PST).
The US$ 11000 buy-in would feature a few of poker’s top players, along with celebs with a warmth for poker. To add to that, WPT’s very own Lynn Gilmartin and Vince Van Patten would be playing. Prizes for the contestants include a round of golf with Tiger Woods, professional-amateur playing positions in premier PGA TOUR events as well as other unique, high-end items.
Previous year, Mark Cuban, the Dallas Mavericks owner, told that Tiger Woods was a “sore winner” after tearing him. Cuban and Woods sat down next to each other in US$ 10000 buy-in event that was then held at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
Meanwhile a great at the HPO Columbus is coming up this weekend. It is US$ 300 Deepstack with a US$ 100000 guarantee. That starts on Friday at 11:15 AM (local time) along with the 1st of 2 beginning battles. The 2nd battle is on Saturday, also at 11:15 AM. The event features thirty-minute levels early on the first day followed by forty-minute levels through the end of first day and the early second day.
